2.11.11 Apricot and White Chocolate Scones
Technically, they're biscuits.
2 cups all purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/4 cups + 1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
